The Organization is fully committed in ensuring the safety of entire employees, partners, neighbours and any other parties our business and services might affect and we aim at achieving NIL injuries and NIL case of work related ill-health. We also ensure proper management of the environmental aspects of our overall services so as to reduce any adverse environmental impact.

For effective management of our occupational Health, Safety and Environmental activities, we shall ensure:

  • Compliance to relevant Health, Safety and Environmental local, federal and international laws and regulations
  • Development of procedures to make certain standards are implemented and maintained
  • Training and development of strong personnel to effectively control hazards and manage environmental issues
  • Continually Improve our Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System, the processes to be reviewed at least annually
  • Proper resource allocations and risk management, ensuring accident prevention and good waste management practices
  • Use of sustainable, cleaner and safer technologies in our processes to reduce and prevent accident, pollution and waste generation
  • Proper communication of this policy statement to all interested parties

CORPORATE QUALITY OBJECTIVE

Our Corporate quality objective is to ensure that all Bamor Fountains Limited projects are carried out as professionally as possible, meeting all specified quality requirements, with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction and zero complaint at the end of every project delivered.

The following targets are set to help achieve this quality objective;

  • Projects requirements are understood and projects delivered in line with client’s quality specifications.
  • To endeavor, at all times, to maximize customer satisfaction with the services provided, ensuring minimum of 70% score in customer satisfaction.
  • To maintain 100% competent personnel and equipment are mobilized for all field engineering operations.
  • Health, Safety and environmental issues that might affect the quality of our services are identified and adequate control measures put in place.
  • To ensure 95% training and awareness programs for Bamorf staff geared towards provision of quality services.
  • To ensure 100% compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Annually conduct of internal audit to ensure continual improvement of our Quality Management System.

QUALITY POLICY

It is the policy of Bamor Fountains Limited  to provide its Clients  services that conform to all specified requirements in a safely, timely and in the most cost effective manner in the area of Stove Pile Driving (Conductor Driving), Cold Cutting & Bevelling, Tank Cleaning, Fabrication & Installation, Waste Management Services and Well Head Maintenance Services.

We have established our quality Objectives at corporate and departmental levels. This Objective is reviewed annually in our management review meeting.
